Hi my son is now four years old.
He is getting big.
I got to see him three times this year already.
He has gone to places like Disneyland this year.
He knows how to talk now.
This is what is going on with the open adoption now a days.
If you want to post on here do not post any rude comments about this topic. If you have questions or concerns leave me a message on here.
Just remember that rude comments are not tolerated on this board post. I mean it. sincerely

can you explain?

Post 10 by little foot (Zone BBS is my Life) on Sunday, 30-Oct-2016 13:41:20

reason why I have the name that I have as my name on here is because she had a little
foot and it was really small. That is why I came up with the name.

I think the "rude comments" portion was dedicated to a certain very young very idealistic teenager who knows everything about what others should or shouldn't post.
I'm sorry, Little Foot, that you get said comments.

I think it's good for people like you to be able to put out these types of responses, because people like you who had to make some tough choices about adopting out the baby you had, need to see that it can work. Obviously you are putting stuff out here that can really encourage someone in that situation.

As to people dissing on Little Foot for adopting and talking about it? It's not the 19 fuckin' 50s anymore! Sheesh! This stuff doesn't need to be hush-hush anymore. People in her position can talk about it and gain support. Actually my biological mother was hushed up by self-righteous people in 1970, that same attitude that disses on Little Foot sent that lady to a different town to give birth without support or family, and have everything kept under the carpet.
To anyone dissing on Little Foot here, don't you dare think you have the slightest credibility with all your talk of diversity and right! Because you're acting like a 50s-era McCarthy conservative out of one side of your mouth and trumpeting diversity and rights out of the other. Little Foot made a brave, if very difficult decision. If she is actually allowed to find out how the boy is doing, and find out he's doing good, worse things have been written, you self-righteous indignation-infested little skulls-full of mush!
If you're not writing mean comments at Little Foot, I'm not talking about you; if the shoe fits, wear it.

It's good that you did what you felt was in the best interest of your son.
